We catch up with Stephen as he makes his way to Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Once there, he visits a group of sisters who manage a school dedicated to supporting poor families in the city. At the school, he meets Sister Jaya Mary from South India, who shares the story of their mission. She recounts how they arrived in Nepal in 2003 and discovered a severe lack of education for children living on the outskirts of Kathmandu. Determined to make a difference, the sisters initially focused on providing basic education, eventually expanding to further schooling and coaching classes for children aged 6 to 14 years old. Over the years, their efforts culminated in the establishment of a fully operational boarding school, now offering hope and a future to many underprivileged children.

The rest of the day is spent obtaining quotations from different shipping companies to calculate the cost of transporting his bike back to Malta from Nepal. Stephen also handles the necessary paperwork and logistical preparations to ensure a smooth shipping process. Adding to his excitement, he shares that his wife, Josianne, will soon be joining him in Nepal for a well-earned vacation.
When the day arrives to send off his beloved bike, Stephen heads to the airport, where he dismantles and carefully packages it for shipment. After some time, the process is complete, and he bids farewell to the machine that has been his loyal companion throughout the journey. With a mix of emotions, he then makes his way to the arrivals section to reunite with his wife, Josianne.

Together, they set off to explore the vibrant city of Kathmandu, strolling through bustling markets and marveling at historical landmarks. The following day, they travel to Chitwan, renowned for its breathtaking natural safari. There, they witness a diverse range of wild and exotic animals, and they take the opportunity to glide down the river by boat, soaking in the tranquil surroundings.
As their holiday comes to an end, they prepare for their flight back home to their island nation of Malta. Reflecting on the journey, Stephen marvels at the incredible experiences he has gathered along the way. Over the course of nine months, he has traveled through 13 different countries and covered an astonishing 33,000 kilometers—an achievement few can claim!

Thus, the grand adventure concludes, but the memories will last a lifetime.
